Just outside the city limits sits the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. These mountains are full of forested hikes, alpine lakes, and stunning views. On this tour, we will stop in a mountain town, and then embark on a riverside hike through the forest that opens up to a charming waterfall viewpoint.

No large tour bus. We like to keep our groups small to make sure the experience feels more personal.

  • We offer a full refund up until 48 hours in advance. If after 48 hours, we will work with you to arrange another departure date.

  • We make sure to make frequent stops every 30 minutes to 90 minutes on our routes.

  • We have limited space, and so this might no be possible, but it is worth asking us in advance! We cannot guarantee safety of items left in the tour vehicles when left unattended.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Weather in Washington can be interesting, even in the summer months. We recommend bringing water for yourself, as well as good walking shoes, sunscreen, snacks, camera, and a rain jacket (you never know).

  • We have designed this tour to provide access to scenic areas without having to walk too far. All of these stops can be enjoyed while walking less than a mile, or not at all!
